How to re-install my macbook pro?

I have a Mid 2011 MacBook Pro. (Lion 10.7 - without the EFI Upgrade )

The OS partition was deleted (when I couldn't boot my mac).

I have a recovery HD.

When I try to Use internet recovery, I get an error, that the data is temporary not available.

I only have access to another windows PC. I managed to get a lion 10.6.3 install DVD, but my MAC beeps 3 times, (repeatedly) when trying to boot of it.

How do I save my Mac?

How do I reinstall (any OS)
