iPod touch 4G - Jailbroken

Im using iPod touch 4G . I had jailbroken my device an year ago. I had a backup file with me, but i lost it due to formatting my PC. Now i want to remove my jailbreak . I tried removing jailbreak by resetting my device into with factory reset, but jailbreak had deleted some files from the device which prevent the reset.
