Damaged some keyboard keys on my macbook pro because of semen

OK this is no joke and it's funny. So I got semen on some of my macbook pro keyboard keys and then after I cleanup the keys, they stopped working. I guess the semen went inside. It's so embarrassing to ask this.

My questions:

1- is there a chance to fix the keys or do I need to change the entire keyboard?

2- Does Apple fix macbook pros or do I need to replace the keyboard myself? it's late 2010 MBP (no warranty of course).

3- If I need to fix it myself, where to find a replacement part?
