I am looking to buy the MacBook Air 2015 when it comes out and if the rumors are correct then it should come with USB-C. The only issue is (as with all of us) is I only have USB-A Memory sticks. Since USB-C is new it will be hard to get converters.
Will Apple ship a converter with the new MacBook Air and/or sell converters for Type A to Type C in store?
