How does iAd's work really?


Does the person who make the app and implement iAd into their app get paid more if they play a certain number of ads in every View Controller? Or does the developer get paid more if there is ONE single ad banner across all view controllers and that 1 ad is played at all times until it changes by itself and that really gives the user a longer time to look at it and possibly interact with it.


Which way pays more?
