Clash of clan game centre problem

I have a friend in Pakistan how recently changed his primary I'd to what I told him so when I put that I'd in my iPad here at uk i b able to load his village ..is that possible that if now I put that I'd in my game centre will it load his village?? All I want to know is will I b able to load his village to my iPad by using the I'd which he changed from his primary I'd to what I told him.pls help thank u
