Bose QC15 inline controls and microphone not working in Mac Mini

I've just bought a Bose QC15 Headphone that comes with a inline control w/ microphone.

I've used it with my iPhone, iPad Mini and Macbook Pro 2011 and all controls and microphone works great.

But if I try to use it with a Macbook Air, Pro Retina or a Mac Mini, the controls and microphone doesn't work at all.

Any idea?
