Should i buy Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2014?

I want to buy a Apple laptop for primary development of iPhone , Windows Phone 8.1,Android and mainly for programming, is latest Mac book Pro 13" 2014 is OK for my needs, i mean can i develop windows phone 8.1 apps in virtual machine running windows 8.1. I searched a lot on web but didn't find proper answer.
