Lost Clash of Clans

I have a Ipod 4th generation and have been playing Clash of Clans for a while now (almost maxed TH 8) but the other day my sister deleted it of my Ipod. All the data is in the game center but when i try to sign in through it, Clash of Clans says it requires IOS 7 which i can't get on my Ipod. Is there another way to get my TH 8 back?
