Contact picture becomes enlarged after setting it in iPhone.

I've noticed that after setting up a contact picture inside the circle template, the picture after some seconds becomes enlarged.

The problem with this is that if your contact's picture is mostly their face you end up with only a nose after it is enlarged.

I doubt it is a size problem because one of the pictures I'm having this problem with, was taken with the iPhone's 1.2 MP front camera.
