Why can't I update my payment information in iTunes account


Since I renewed my credit card and changed the address, I can't use my iTunes account any more. Tried crazy amount of times to change my payment information, it just does not accept. It happened last I renewed my card as well, so I had to register a new account to make it work. But this time, doing so won't work. Going nuts! Help! Thanks!


Ps. I read articles about signing in without enter the credit card, but mine doesn't have the "none" option in the payment type.
