The App Store won't let me download certain apps that are free such as this one

I have this app that I want to get it's called SiriusXM Internet Radio, by SIRIUS XM Radio Inc and it's free but it won't let me download it for some reason can someone tell me why? It shows me the app on the app store but there's no free icon
