Mac os x internet repairing

I try to repair OS X on my empty second-hand macbook air 2011. I boot it into internet repair mode, it donwload's OS X, and give's me Apple ID authorization form, i use my Itunes apple id, and after it I get alert with "This item currently inaccessible". Is there way to fix this problem?
