I have an iPad 3rd Gen running iOS 8.1. When I switch on the wireless Hotspot, I see it appear in 'available wireless networks' for around five minutes, then it doesn't appear anymore, despite still being switched on. (Regardless of whether it has external power or not).
Whilst not documented, the behaviour corresponds with a 'hotspot broadcast timeout'.
My question is: How do I change the iPad wireless hotspot broadcast timeout settings?
