How to remove "ghost songs" from iPhone?

There are ghost songs that appear on my iPhone. When I connected it to iTunes on my PC, I can't see them in my music library. There is no iCloud sign in front of them and they are on the device even after I have removed all the songs from the library. How do I get rid of them?

I have tried deleting all the music from my library and then again adding songs of my choice, but these songs still appear even though they are not showing.
