Mac Mini crashes multiple times a day

I have been having trouble with my mac mini. It randomly crashes several times a day. Sometimes it seems to be triggered by using any browser, but Chrome is the worst. Youtube seems to be the biggest culprit. I have completely wiped out the drive and re-installed the OS, but it didn't fix the problem. Here is my crash report. Can anyone help me figure this out?
