iPhone 5c Reset Not Progressing While Reseting

I recently got my son this 5c, when we went to restore it, the progress bar would not load ( http://ift.tt/1AbeWiV). At first I thought it was a graphical problem, so I left it run for a few hours.. Nothing happened.. I really hope you guys can help me!
