Can You Help Set Up Apple Keyboard On windows 7

Please can you help. we have an apple keyboard connected to windows 7 on a Sony lap top. The email at symbol is located on the figure 2 key, however when the alt key and figure 2 key are pressed simultaneously we don't get the at symbol, we get a quotation mark, can you help with the required settings?
