Not connecting to localhost on apple IMAC

Hello please am having issue connecting to the localhost on my apple IMAC system but i can connect and access the internet and browse fine.

What can be the cause and how do i resolve it. it has been a big challenge for me as i installed a new windows and connected to the network and i can access both Intranet and Internet with issue
