load music to ipod and not music showing now [duplicate]

I load music on my ipod touch thru itune and after a few minutes while continuing loading music, all album and songs no longer showing on my ipod. I did a factory rest and still I don't see any changes. Before the factory rest, I tried to sync each album I and nothing. I am not sure if this itune software (latest) or my computer but itune on my pc showing all albums and songs. Can anyone shed some light on the situation. Please note that I can tell that I did used up some space on the ipod. Help please.
