How to make sure 'burst' photos not upload to iCloud on iPhone 6 [on hold]

If you delete a 'burst' photo from all albumsfrom photos on your phone, the photo will not upload to any of your iCloud devices including ones other than the the phone that was used?? Such as other joint accounts with your iCloud with other people's phones?? Thank youu
