Highlighting blank spaces when column c has a value

Here is a picture of my spreadsheet with dummy info inserted. What I wanted to do is this...

If the first three columns are completed (where it says date, dealership and presenter) and there are not "x" in the following 12 columns I would like it to highlight in yellow.
