Hacker Onboard-What is he up too?

I have hacker "hacking" into my computer periodically to steal intellectual material-copyright infringement. Most likely there is some sort of key-stroke software onboard as well other things. In the past he set up and burned what appears to have been a "virtual disc", while eon other occasions he just opens 70-100 files, steal the contents and leaves the files open for me to see. The fact I know he is around tells you he not too bright. I will be posting a series of computer logs, to sort this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The message below is present whenever my computer turns on. I recently set my Safari preferences to open when the computer turns on-prompting this message to appear. Thanks.
