Crazy memory consumption from SpeechRecognitionCore

Is there a recommended solution to permanently removing this problem?

I've seen so far this command:

killall -9 com.apple.SpeechRecognitionCore.speechrecognitiond

But wouldn't like having to remember doing it each time I reboot.
