Chrome extension for network settings

I currently have a proxy extension pulled off a chromium-based browser on my Google chrome, however I wish to have on my iPod touch. The extension controls my network settings when in use.

Is there a way to to see what the network settings are when the proxy extension manages my network?

I have checked the Network settings, but it looks like there is no change, so the extension must route the connections through itself before it reaches the internet.
