Annoying "Sign in to Icloud" pop up on Ipad Air 2 Version 8.1.3

An ANNOYING popup keeps appearing Asking me to sign into Icloud I give the right pwd but, the popup keeps coming back I am unable to resolve this issue - No Support from Apple yet... Any help on this much appriciated.
