why I don't have all photos that are in my photo stream album on my pc?

I have installed icloud for a long time, randomly I have checked my photo stream folder on my PC today and realized that there are some missing photos. some photos are available on iphone ( my photo steam album ) but not in my PC specially all photos after 2nd Feb no photo is not on my PC. how can I fix this ? thanks
