Based on my experience using VBA on Office 2011, it does not appear that a Sub in one program can talk to another program like it does in Windows OS. Because of this, subroutines I have developed to export data from a group of Outlook e-mails to Excel do not run correctly.
I am trying to develop an AppleScript that will scrape a certain line of data from a group of e-mails in a folder and dump that data into Excel. I am familiar with using AppleScripts within Excel VBA, but I am unsure of the correct AppleScript syntax. Can this be done?
