.nef support in iPhoto 9.6 and Aperture 3.6

I've got a problem with raw files support for my Nikon D700 camera. Even though this camera is listed here both Aperture and iPhoto see .nef files as a white images. If I try to edit one, both apps crash.

How can I get a raw files support in these applications?

I have updated os, apps and even tried to remove and reinstall raw camera bundle as it was described here RAW files suddenly show up as "not supported" (Aperture 3.5.1, OS X 10.10). No luck.

I use Early 2011 MBP with Core i7 and 16GB of RAM. My OSX is installed on SSD, while iPhoto library is on the secondary HDD drive.
