how i can get the tags section on finder sidebar on MacOs 10.8.5?

its all that guys, yesterday i re install snow leopard because yosemite its too heavy for my macbook, so, how i can get the tags section on finder sidebar on MacOs 10.8.5 like mavericks or yosemite?
