cellular data on iphone 4 doesn't connet to internet after reset setting

i'm using iphone 4. recently i have my iphone setting reset, after that the cellular data doesn't work and cannot connect to the internet at all although it shown 3G.before i reset the setting, it work well. i have tried to reset the network setting but it also doesn't work. internet connected well using wifi. any idea on how to fix this?
