Xcode 5.1.1 and Xcode 6.1 crash on create new Project /File/Workspace on Yosemite 10.10.2

I'm running xcode 6.1 and 5.1.1 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. I'm unable to create a new project, as you can see bellow it just says 'loading'

Please suggest to fix this issue
