OSX 10.6.6 Outlook 2011 How to set up auto responders for different times of the day

I need to be able to set up multiple auto responders that send out at different time frames: e.g. from 12pm to 1 pm with 1 message, recurring every week day. Then another auto responder with a different message from 7:30 pm until 8:30 am, again recurring every weekday. i’ve gathered it might be something i can rig up with applescripts. i’m not sure where to start.
