Multiple monitor settings not saving on reboot - Windows 7

I have a MacBook Pro running Windows 7 bootcamp. I recently got a Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter, and it works fine on my mac partition, but when I boot up using windows it is set to the "mirrored" display mode. I have to manually set the display mode every time I turn on the computer. Is there a way to fix this?
