linking village problem

I used to play clash of clan on my I phone 5 for few month recently I bought an I pad mini 2 and I am unable to link my village to it. I already log in to the same account but my I phone is able to detect the village on my I pad, it keep on pop out the sign asking me if I want to link my I pad village to my I phone every time I play clash of clans on my I phone. anyone can help me with it?
