I forgot anything about my Apple ID

When I turn my iPhone 5s on, it asks me to enter Apple ID and its Password and doesn't let me to do anything else.

I don't remember what was my Apple ID and its Password and also email which I registered Apple ID with.

I can't rescue my Apple ID with apple standard ways.

I can't use my phone anymore! Please tell me what way should I go to use my phone?
