How to separate photos by category and setup synchorinzation

There is my issue:

I have several photo albums like Camera roll and Photo Stream. (Default)

Next, I create iPad Wallpapers folder and Screenshots folder for actions (store wallpapers and store screenshots, of course).

Now, I want to move these photos from photo stream and camera roll to iPad Wallpapers and Screenshots.

Ok, my tries are good and some of screenshots appear in Screenshots folder.

But! They are still exist in camera roll and photo stream folders!

How to move (not copy) photos to custom folder from default photo stream and camera roll folders?

And next question: How to make screenshots and save them to custom folder?
