I have this app that is free on the app store but it won't let me download it what do I do? [duplicate]

I have this app that I want to get it's called SiriusXM Internet Radio, by SIRIUS XM Radio Inc I tap on the get button but nothing happens!!! What can I do to download it? And yes I am signed in with my Apple ID and I have Internet connection
