How do i apply my iPad Clash of Clans account to my iPhone so i can switch between my two accounts?

I have a Clash of Clans account on my iPad which is lvl 30 and another account on my iPhone which is lvl 94. I want to transfer my iPad account to my iPhone so I can switch back and a forth on the two accounts. How can I do this?
