Facebook problem

When I originally created my Fb account I had a hotmail account. I no longer h ave access to this I have somehow managed to create another account but I want access to the original one If I try to use my current email address or phone number it keeps telling me it's allocated to someone else ie the new account I somehow created Now I can't access either I can't find any questions and answers that deal with my issue within the help centre You don't have the option to just ask a question ie can I delete the new account, change the email address of the old account and just get my access back? I can't get into fb I can't get to any messages I'm really really really fed up now
