Copy, find, replace text, Paste using Automator

I often have to do the following:

1. copy text in Terminal


2. paste into a text editor


3. do a find and replace for a particular string (always the same input / output)


4. copy this text


5. paste into a web browser

Any way of simplifying this using Automator - e.g. something like a "Paste (with replace)" service?
