Apple charging system

Would it be possible to create a device that can potentially suck the charge from one iPhone 5/6 (lighting connector) and charge another with it? Does the iPhone give out any voltage from the lighting connector or can it just take in a charge? I know there is a device out there for the 32 pin connector, iPhone 4/3 etc, but would it be possible with the new lighting connector?
