Add Keyboard Shortcut to Mac

Is there a way I can make a keyboard shortcut for this?

TAB, TAB, DOWN ARROW KEY, TYPE "S", RETURN, RETURN

Is there a way I can bind this to a keyboard shortcut, i.e. CMD + ALT + G?
