Newbrand Mac with Yomsemite, 1TB HDD, limited to two partition

I just bought a new Mac , i started to make few partitions as i used to do in the past.

I noticed i am not able to have more than two partition :( It says : "you may only split this partition into two"

What is the reason and where is the source of this limitation?

Is that because of Core Storage? If i revert it back using diskutil command, will it solve my issue?

I would like to have 4 partitions, any suggestion please?
