Macbook Pro strange boot after OSX 10.10.1 update

After updating my Macbook pro to OSX 10.10.1, the way the machine boots has changed.

When I press the power button, I get to the user login screen immediately (no loading bar). And after typing my username and password everything is loaded (the loading bar is back).

I have a MacMini running OSX 10.10.1, but it boots normally. (I get to see the loading bar before the login screen is shown)

Anyone knows any reason/setting might change this?
