After i jailbroken my iphone my homescreen is now empty it just shows my wallpaper

please help me , i jailbroken my iphone using the new software , cydia has shown up , but when i cliked on it , it went black , then i clicked the home button and now my iphone homescreen is blank , none of my apps , or icons are shown , ive tried to reboot or restore nut itunes isnt helping.
